Sometimes the leader is not the issue. The environment is. I go into the organization and find where it is breaking good people, where the structure, the information flow, the incentives, and the decision rights are wearing them down and clouding their judgment. Then I help you redesign the conditions those decisions are made under, and I stay involved through the change. I design it and guide it.
